NANCY FAULHABER - PROVIDING 25+ YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE TO YOU!

Hi Everyone! My name is Nancy Faulhaber and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.

EDUCATION
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University. I have attained my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, as well as my CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designation. I have also attended numerous training sessions which have increased my knowledge of the real estate profession.

EXPERIENCE
I received my real estate salespersons license in 1983, with my broker's license following in 1987. I have been a multimillion dollar producer consistently since 1984, and have produced in excess of 8 million dollars in production since 1987. I have been in the President's Circle and/or the President's Elite since joining Coldwell Banker in 1995. I have been in the top 10% in production in Lincoln County for the last 20 years and the #1 Realtor for sold units and or volume since 2005. I am an associate broker for Coldwell Banker Preferred Group, P.C., and part owner of our company. I have extensive experience in repossessions, relocation properties, land development and new construction.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
I am a past president and current director and treasurer of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors. I have served on the Professional Standards Committee for the State Realtors Association. I am a past member of the Lincoln County MLS committee. I am a past member of the Board of Directors for the North Platte Chamber of Commerce. I am a past director for the North Platte Housing Authority, and currently sit on the board as president for the Catholic Schools Endowment.
